Can I schedule a tour?
Absolutely! Please call the office or email our Director, Miss Dani Dethmers at email@example.com to ensure that she is available at your requested time. We look forward to meeting you!
What are your hours?
We are open from 7:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on Friday morning for the week that is coming up. Any day that it is late will accrue a $5/day late fee.
What holidays are you closed?
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
In-service Day in August- will be announced at the beginning of June
Thanksgiving and the Friday after
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Holidays that fall on weekends are subject to cause a change in closure days.
How do I know what my child's teacher will be teaching on?
Each academic year we provide each teacher an academic calendar with themes for each week. These paired with the TN Early Learning Development standards are used to make a weekly lesson plan. You can request these lesson plans. We also provide these academic calendars each month for families. They can be found in our Parent Center.
What if my child has allergies?
We do our very best to work with all allergies. We will rework the menu for each child or for the entire class if something in particular is an issue. Please let us know all medical conditions up front so we can make reasonable accommodations.
Are meals included?
Yes! We provide breakfast, lunch, and snack. Menus are posted each month in the Parent Center.
What if we are out a week?
Tuition is due and payable unless we are closed for 4-5 days in a week. If you are out, you will still owe in order to hold your child's spot. One free week of tuition is acquired after one full year of enrollment.
